Responsibilities

Learning company philosophies, culture, and branding

Learning communication and presentation skills

Assisting sales support via ride-alongs and distribution of product samples and literature

Understanding the business channels we operate in and how we go to market

Gaining financial acumen

Helping navigate and providing recommendations for improving our CRM (customer relationship management) tool

Attending and assisting with the planning of sales events

Gaining experience in social media including researching new platforms

Researching ways to give back to the community

Completing a special project (to be determined based on areas of interest in the above)
