Responsibilities

Get a clear, shared picture of where VisualCron is today as a business, not just as a product
Review the full VisualCron P&L, current ARR, churn, upgrade patterns, and acquisition channels. Identify where growth is coming from and where we are leaking value
Sit down with your direct reports and clarify current goals, responsibilities, and how they spend their time
Map the current packaging and pricing structure, including how VisualCron is positioned relative to OpCon and how 'bad-fit OpCon' prospects are handled today
Understand the current reseller landscape: who is active, how they position VisualCron, what they earn, and where deals are getting stuck or going dark
Walk the full ecommerce journey yourself, from discovery through purchase and onboarding. Document friction points and missed opportunities to drive expansion
Review the current roadmap, backlog, and customer feedback channels to see how feature decisions are made and where requests from the installed base are going
Turn the diagnosis into a concrete, testable strategy for durable growth across packaging, channels, and product focus
Segment the VisualCron customer base and pipeline into clear ICP clusters (e.g., self-serve Windows automation, mid-market IT ops, 'too small for OpCon but complex enough to care' customers)
Develop a point of view on the higher-end VisualCron offering: who it is for, what problems it solves, how it differs from OpCon, and how it is packaged and priced
Define the key ecommerce lifecycle stages and the most important interventions at each stage (trial, activation, usage, expansion, renewal)
Draft an updated partner and reseller strategy for VisualCron, including partner types we want, value proposition to them, and basic rules of engagement
Socialize the growth thesis and packaging direction with executive leadership and refine it based on feedback and practical constraints
Move from planning into action and show early proof that the new levers can work
Launch or pilot the reworked VisualCron packaging, including the higher-end offering designed for more complex and 'bad-fit OpCon' customers
Implement targeted improvements to the ecommerce lifecycle (e.g., clearer onboarding, in-product prompts, better upgrade paths, win-back flows) and track their impact on activation and expansion
Put in place a basic partner motion: refine partner collateral, clarify deal registration and margin expectations, and support one or two focus resellers through a more structured play
Shift the roadmap process to be explicitly customer-driven for VisualCron. Ensure that high-value, frequently requested features have a visible path from request to decision to delivery
Run a recurring VisualCron monthly business review with your direct team and functional leaders where you look at the same metrics, inspect experiments, and agree on the next set of changes
Move VisualCron from a mature but under-optimized product into a line with clear levers, predictable results, and a stable operating model
Demonstrate sustained improvement in a handful of VisualCron health metrics, such as net revenue retention, ARPA growth, attach or upgrade rates into the higher-end offering, and reseller-sourced revenue
Maintain a forward-looking VisualCron business plan that connects product investments, packaging decisions, channel strategy, and ecommerce improvements to P&L outcomes
Establish a durable voice-of-customer and roadmap process for VisualCron, where the installed base can see their feedback reflected in decisions and releases
