Avalign Technologies produces innovative medical devices and is seeking a CNC Mill Operator to operate various CNC machines. The role involves performing machine maintenance, documenting tasks, inspecting parts, and ensuring product traceability.

Responsibilities

Independently perform daily machine preventative maintenance (P.M.’s) activities

Accurately and consistently document all performed tasks on appropriate records (First Piece Inspection log, work orders, maintenance logs, etc.)

Inspect documents for previously completed operation sign off and verify part counts before beginning any manufacturing operation

Follow established protocol to maintain ID & traceability of product and documentation

Independently operate CNC machines as assigned

Train on the different tool changes, settings, changeovers, and size changes

Frequently use handheld measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers to inspect machined parts

Required

Highschool Diploma

1 year of relevant experience operating a CNC machine
