Principal Technical Program Manager - Network Capacity Planning

Responsibilities

Meet directly with customers to validate signals and communicate solutions customized to meet customer needs
Use reports, dashboards, forecasts, and models to monitor and manage OCI's global cloud network capacity
Kick off a network augment via the augment process and drive customer solutions
Support customer across all layers of the global cloud network including backbone, internet, metro/dwdm, virtualized capacity, and various fabrics within a datacenter
Support forecasting hardware demands and funding to support network augments
Partner with development and data science teams to improve reports, dashboards, forecasts, and models used to manage capacity

Required

3 to 5+ years of experience in technical program management
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience and understanding of how traffic passes through various network layers
Network experience is a requirement for this role
