Media Operations & Trafficking Specialist

This role involves executing and optimizing paid media campaigns, collaborating with various teams, and leveraging data insights to drive performance and engagement.

Responsibilities
Execute and optimize digital media campaigns across all C Spire business units in partnership with media strategist and buyers
Build, measure, and continuously improve the performance of digital media, social media marketing, and offline marketing campaigns to drive engagement and revenue
Monitor campaign performance metrics and apply insights to optimize creative, content, audience targeting, and spend allocation
Collaborate closely with internal partners — including web and UX/UI, social media, creative, analytics, and business line teams — to align strategies and priorities
Coordinate with vendors and platforms to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently, accurately, and on time
Create and manage detailed project plans and strategies for digital marketing initiatives
Ensure that all marketing materials and programs meet C Spire brand standards and align with industry best practices
Support platform administration for media execution and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and proper tagging
Partner with analytics teams to track KPIs, compile campaign reports, and identify actionable insights for continuous improvement
Stay current on emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies to ensure C Spire’s marketing remains innovative and competitive
Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall marketing objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
Minimum of two years of direct experience in marketing, advertising, interactive, or digital marketing, including project management or relevant work experience
Proven experience with Adobe Ad Cloud or other demand-side advertising platforms
Experience with social media management tools such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager
Familiarity with digital marketing analytics platforms, including Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
Search engine optimization (SEO) and keyword research experience preferred
Experience with digital asset management systems and content management platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other standard business applications
Preferred
Experience in telecom, technology, or other performance-driven industries
Experience with cross-channel digital campaign optimization
Advanced experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
