Responsibilities
Lead customer onboarding, implementation, and adoption of indirect tax technology
Recommend best-practice strategies to maximise usage, outcomes, and value delivery
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors across enterprise clients
Identify growth opportunities through upsell and cross-sell pathways
Partner with product teams to relay customer insights and shape feature enhancements
Qualification
Required
5+ years in indirect tax, process improvement, or tax operations within complex organisations
Strong VAT and/or Sales & Use Tax knowledge, plus experience with tax technology
Skilled communicator able to influence both technical and non-technical audiences
Thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments; comfortable navigating ambiguity
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive results across cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience in SaaS, scale-ups, or high-growth tech
