Showroom Receptionist & Design Assistant
Eldredge Lumber is a family-owned business serving the building and home improvement needs of its community for several decades. They are seeking a Showroom Receptionist & Design Assistant to greet visitors, assist kitchen designers, and maintain the showroom while providing high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities
Greet customers who walk in, finding out their needs and calling designers out appropriately
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls as needed
Straighten showroom and make sure samples are put away and showroom is presentable
Help customers with small orders
Help designers get quotes and pricing on countertops, plumbing, hardware and create customer proposals
Place orders, review confirmations and create purchase orders with accurate pricing
Order samples as needed and make room for new samples
Schedule templates according to cabinet order delivery schedule and customer needs
Calculate and follow-up on any balance due on orders once job is completed
Process returns and order replacement parts if needed
Keep showroom samples and literature updated
Start floor plans for designers, including adding walls, windows, and doors into 20/20
Schedule deliveries and compile delivery packets with all necessary information including creating fully notated final plans for installation
Qualification
Required
Experience in cabinet or similar industry ideal
Literate in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to multi-task
Strong customer service and communication skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized team player required
Preferred
Experience in 20/20 a plus but not required
