Mid LevelBlood Assurance is a regional, non-profit organization focused on providing safe blood products. They are seeking a Bilingual Hispanic and Latino Initiative Account Manager to develop partnerships and grow blood collections within the Hispanic and Latino communities.

Responsibilities
Develop partnerships with current and potential organizations to grow blood collections within the Hispanic and Latino communities
Call on current and potential accounts who will help plan and support our new Hispanic/Latino Blood Donation Center and mobile blood drives
Travel 3-4 days per week in the Middle Tennessee Area with minimal overnight travel
Coordinate and cooperate with operations teams in order to successfully meet monthly collection goals
Develop positive relationships with community and organization leaders to build support for our life-saving mission
Qualification
Required
Outside sales experience with a bachelor's degree or prior related work experience
A high degree of creativity and positive energy with advanced problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
Polished, professional and compassionate communication skills with ability to educate, influence, negotiate and secure business agreements
Self confidence in making group presentations to the public, business and community leaders
Flexibility and adaptability to be effective in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where conditions and circumstances can rapidly change
Data management and computer skills with advanced organizational skills to manage multiple tasks quickly and simultaneously
The ability to work independently as a self-starter who can get community partners excited about our life-saving mission and consistently meet blood collection goals
Preferred
Customer service, retail, or event planning experience
