Responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans using a structured methodology (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
Conduct Change Impact Assessments and Stakeholder Analyses to identify risk areas and tailor engagement strategies across diverse Supply Chain functions (e.g., Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, Inventory)
Develop and manage targeted communication plans that ensure consistent messaging and transparency across all levels of the organization, from warehouse associates to executive sponsors
Facilitate workshops and focus groups to gather feedback and build commitment to the change
Partner with training teams and SMEs to define, develop, and deliver effective training programs for new processes and technology
Assess organizational readiness and manage resistance to maximize employee adoption and usage
Provide guidance and coaching to executive sponsors and project managers to ensure active and visible support for change initiatives
Develop coaching plans for people managers and supervisors to help them lead their teams through transitions
Define and track success metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for change adoption
Manage transition activities and develop post-implementation sustainment plans to reinforce the change and address residual resistance or issues

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field
3+ years of dedicated experience managing organizational change programs for large, complex, and cross-functional initiatives
Proven proficiency in a formal change management methodology (e.g., ADKAR)
Demonstrated experience within a Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing environment, understanding the impact of change on operational processes and systems
Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to define change metrics and report on progress
Proficiency in change management tools and techniques, including impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, and resistance management

Preferred

Prosci certification is highly desirable
Relevant professional certifications a plus (e.g., PMP, SCPro)
