Full desk or focus purely on client side / delivery
Warm, established client base
Average recruiter bills $450k+, with top performers far higher
Qualification
Required
Experience in recruitment, specifically in Accounting & Finance
Ability to operate fully remote
Strong communication skills
Proven track record of high performance in a recruiting role
Ability to build and maintain deep client relationships
Experience with direct hire and contract recruitment
Ability to manage a full desk or focus on client side/delivery
