Sprouts Farmers Market is a rapidly growing grocery company that offers a 10-week IT Project Analyst Internship for students. The internship provides hands-on experience in supporting technology initiatives and collaborating with IT professionals to improve customer and associate experiences across stores and online platforms.

Responsibilities

Support IT project managers in planning and coordinating technology projects across store operations, supply chain, and corporate systems

Assist in documenting project requirements, timelines, and deliverables

Gather and analyze data to evaluate system performance and identify improvement opportunities

Help test and validate technology solutions, such as point-of-sale systems, inventory management tools, or customer applications

Participate in project meetings, track action items, and prepare progress reports

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Merchandising, Finance, and IT Support

Contribute to project communications and training materials for end users

Required

Currently enrolled in sophomore or junior year and pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) a plus

Interest in retail technology, process improvement, and project coordination

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, customer-focused environment
