As a Senior Printer Technician, you will oversee the maintenance, optimization, and technical support of client printer assets, ensuring seamless operation of the printing infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support for complex printer-related issues and lead escalated problem resolution

Offer innovative solutions to optimize printing infrastructure performance

Perform maintenance tasks and lead service repairs on client printers

Coordinate with vendors for complex technical issues

Assist System Administrators in managing and troubleshooting print server infrastructure

Manage printer-related support across tiers 1–3

Collaborate with end-users and higher-tier support for efficient issue resolution

Utilize HP Web Jetadmin utility to push configuration and firmware updates

Contribute to creating and maintaining SOPs for the client’s printing environment

Ensure SOPs remain accurate and aligned with evolving requirements
