Work directly with business owners, guiding them through complex issues with clarity and confidence
Serve as a key leader supporting both clients and internal teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as an Audit Manager, Senior Manager, or Director
Public accounting background (Top 5–20 firm experience is great, but audit expertise is what matters most)
Strong command of audits, reviews, and compilations
Active CPA license required
Proven experience reviewing workpapers, managing engagements, and leading audit teams
A leadership mindset — confident, collaborative, and willing to roll up your sleeves
Strong communication skills, especially in client-facing situations
Ability to build long-term relationships with privately held companies and their leadership teams
