Responsibilities
Contribute to client project delivery, managing multiple tasks with autonomy
Work within project management frameworks to ensure timely, high-quality outputs
Manage client projects aligned to your experience level, with appropriate support
Use programming skills to develop technical solutions for client needs
Build and deliver reports using technologies such as SQL, SAS, SSRS, SSIS, and Excel VBA
Configure and customise partner products
Extract, transform, and load data into new systems
Collaborate closely with clients and partners to deliver solutions that are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs
Follow best practices and deliver training or handover where required
Engage with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements and produce functional specifications
Lead workshops and software demonstrations
Maintain high-quality documentation for all work
(For senior consultants) Analyse business processes and advise on industry best practices
Qualification
Required
Strong academic background, with a minimum 2:1 in a STEM or business-related field
Experience in a client-facing capacity and a desire to work closely with clients
Practical SQL experience and the ability to pick up new technologies quickly
Experience working with Dealcloud, ideally with full end to end implementations
Understanding of Private Capital Markets (Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure)
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical users
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
Curiosity and willingness to research new technologies and approaches
Ability to travel (including internationally)
Willingness to work on client sites and from our London office when required
