Responsibilities

Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and final products to ensure quality standards are met
Recommend and support corrective and preventive actions to improve product and process quality
Maintain and update First Article Inspection Reports
Support internal and external audits and help maintain the company’s quality management system
Manage and maintain documentation, including inspection logs, reports, and quality records
Monitor expiration-sensitive materials (e.g., adhesives, inks)
Coordinate with vendors for certifications and corrective action responses
Assist in managing and updating FAA repair documentation
Ensure a safe and compliant work environment by following established procedures and regulations

Required

3–5 years of experience in quality control inspection
3–5 years of experience working with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality management systems
Strong understanding of core quality system requirements
Mechanical aptitude and solid arithmetic skills
Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for extended periods
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities
Note: Due to ITAR regulations, applicants must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred, or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
