Required
Strong skills in Maintenance and Repair, including the ability to execute detailed maintenance tasks and address repair needs efficiently
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Field Service, with the ability to identify and solve roofing system issues effectively in a variety of conditions
Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and maintain strong client relationships
Ability to work independently in both on-site and hybrid work environments in compliance with safety standards
A valid driver's license and the physical ability to perform roofing-related tasks safely
Preferred
Prior experience in commercial roofing or sheet metal work is preferred
