Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and repairs of electronic systems, PLC, HMI, relay controls, 480vac controls, VFDs computer software and components for industrial and commercial applications

Perform PM procedures and maintenance procedures for electronic equipment and components

Recommend design modifications for equipment

Assisting with controller calibration

Interpret technical publications, including design methods documents, product proposals, parts lists, operation manuals and maintenance manuals related to the equipment

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 8 years of prior relevant Engineering experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related Engineering experience

Experience in PLC, HMI, analog input, output, and temperature controller

Advanced knowledge Electronics and Robotics to analyze and troubleshoot processes and equipment

Interpersonal skills to work well within a team environment during the manufacturing process

Speaking and communication skills to clearly explain reasoning for corrective actions and generate parts lists for repairs

Initiative and drive to complete tasks quickly and efficiently

Ability to interpret technical publications, including design methods documents, product proposals, parts lists, operation manuals and maintenance manuals related to the equipment
