They are seeking a Materials Coordinator to support the inspection systems required for building human-rated space stations, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely fulfillment of material requests.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Fulfill material requests within a timely manner according to department SLA

Safeguard inventory by strict adherence to processes, procedures, and guidance to maintain inventory accuracy of 95%+

Record material issuance and return to stock (RTS)

Effectively communicate discrepancies, damages, and concerns

Receipt of inbound materials and confirm packing slip accuracy

Transact material into inventory

Load and unload vehicles manually and with a forklift

Safely operate forklift, pallet jack, hand truck, and other warehousing equipment and tools

Complete all annual training before deadlines

Adapt to changing responsibilities as needed to achieve company goals

Perform other assigned duties as required

Required

2+ years of inventory experience

1+ year of shipping and receiving experience

Ability to lift 25 lbs

Willingness to work varying shifts including weekends when required to achieve company goals

Preferred

Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
