Responsibilities
Complete our 8–10 month Production Management Development Program, gaining expertise in manufacturing processes, production supervision, and plant operations
Assist with daily plant management, including staff supervision, production planning, and equipment oversight
Apply statistical process control and quality tools to optimize production efficiency
Ensure safety compliance, enforce standard operating procedures, and lead training initiatives
Manage production throughput, labor contracts, and foster positive workplace relations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Technical skills and mechanical aptitude with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Strong communication skills and ability to lead manufacturing teams
2+ years of experience in manufacturing operations and 1+ year in supervisory roles
Familiarity with manufacturing machinery, process improvement, and safety standards
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment while meeting operational goals
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or manufacturing preferred
Experience with complex manufacturing systems and production management principles
Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure
