EMCOR Group, Inc. is one of the largest mechanical, electrical, and plumbing contractors in Indiana, specializing in a range of construction projects. They are seeking a Project Manager to oversee industrial refrigeration projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and project profitability.

ConstructionHardware

Responsibilities

Maintain up-to-date change order, subcontractor, RFI and contingency logs
Work with operations manager to ensure labor plan is being carried out
Create Mechanical Schedule and Man loading charts on all projects
Consistently submit accurate, timely and complete estimates and change order quotations
Communication with Purchasing and Fabrication Shop to secure schedule, scope and price
Promote and enforce a safe working environment
Satisfy customers’ needs to develop repeat business
Other duties as assigned

Ammonia refrigeration systemsConstruction schedulingReading ISO drawingsMicrosoft OfficeProject management softwareCommunication skillsSelf-starter

Required

Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems
Willing to travel as required
Experience with Microsoft office, Word, Excel and project
Knowledge in generating construction schedule and updating of same (MS Project)
Knowledge in reading plan and ISO drawings for purpose of ordering material and estimating of change orders
Ability to order, track, and expedite for timely delivery to multiple locations of pipe valves, fittings and specialty items required for the project
Self-starter
Good Communication skills
Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required

Preferred

Construction/engineering based degree is a plus
