Responsibilities
Accurately and quickly pick, pack, and ship customer orders, paying close attention to packing shipments properly to avoid damage during transport
Receive and verify incoming shipments, maintain accurate records of all outgoing and incoming shipments from and to the warehouse and track shipments electronically via SAP Warehouse
Deliver supplies, materials, and equipment to other departments as necessary and lift and move heavy items/packages as required assisting other departments
Assist with regular inventory counts and reconciliation and monitor and highlight any low inventory items & communicate low level stock items to purchasing
International shipment processing, processing and facilitating RMAs to and from the vendor and customer RMAs and creating/printing labels for finished goods
Assist in the assembly of product kits for customers
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED and 1-2 years warehouse experience
Ability to work on assignments that require judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations
Able to lift 50 pounds and be capable of walking or standing for long periods of time
Reliable transportation and ability to work overtime as needed
Preferred
Forklift experience and certification a plus
Moderate computer proficiency (MS Office experience preferred)
Visual/SAP or other ERP experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to train and provide direction to junior team members
