Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and maintain Enterprise Security Systems (ESS), ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security

Manage and support ESS-related servers, databases, storage platforms, and integrated security technologies

Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis to resolve ESS issues in a timely manner

Implement upgrades, patches, and system enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption to operations

Maintain documentation for system configurations, policies, and standard operating procedures

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and security teams to support system integrations and security controls

Ensure compliance with federal, agency, and organizational security standards

Support audits, assessments, and reporting requirements as needed

Required

5+ years of Enterprise Security System (ESS) Administrator hands-on experience

Strong expertise in server, database, storage, and security technologies used in ESS environments

Experience with enterprise security platforms: Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) systems, Video Management Systems (VMS), Access control systems, Intrusion detection systems

Knowledge of system architecture, data flows, backup/restore, and system redundancy

Ability to analyze system logs, performance metrics, and incident reports

Experience with system monitoring, performance tuning, and issue resolution

Experience with physical access control, surveillance, and visitor management technologies

Proficient in system security principles, access control, and vulnerability management

Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance

Must be a U.S. Citizen
