Responsibilities
Support project execution, technology planning, and budgeting, collaborating cross-functionally with minimal supervision
Monitor and maintain network systems, ensuring availability, integrity, and proper log and backup validation
Lead security operations, including vulnerability mitigation, account management, and compliance
Provide Tier III support, including capacity planning, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis
Mentor and guide team members, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues across cloud and on-premise infrastructure
Participate in architecture and design reviews to align with organizational standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years of experience in enterprise networking, security, or incident response
Strong background in managing large-scale physical and cloud network environments
Hands-on experience with firewalls and infrastructure technologies (e.g., Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet)
Automation/scripting experience using Python, PowerShell, or Ansible
Knowledge of ITIL processes and strong interpersonal skills
Preferred
industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, Security+)
Experience with network architecture and design
Familiarity with enterprise monitoring tools and observability (e.g. SNMP, NetFlow)
Prior experience in capacity planning and performance optimization
