Responsibilities

Designing and overseeing the development of scalable AI systems and infrastructure that improve operational efficiency and support long-term business growth

Developing AI roadmaps that align with business objectives and drive innovation

Developing and optimizing machine learning models that enhance predictive accuracy and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization

Collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions that improve operational efficiency and revenue growth

Sourcing and integrating high-quality data to maximize AI model accuracy and reliability, reducing error rates, and improving outcomes

Ensuring AI systems comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements

Continuously tracking and enhancing AI system performance to reduce latency, improve accuracy, and increase ROI on AI investments

Staying current with emerging AI vendors, tools, frameworks, and methodologies to maintain competitive advantage and drive continuous innovation

Required

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Data Science from a four-year college or university

2-4 years of related experience building AI solutions in a business environment

Strong background in programming languages, such as Python, R, or Java

Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a non-technical audience

Preferred

Master's or PhD in a relevant field
