Systems Analyst II - ENT - Epic Rover Support

Responsibilities
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for a fleet of mobile devices used in patient care environments
Work with Epic admins to define user experience and app behavior for Epic Rover
Provide direct support of devices used for Epic Rover
Develop, manage, and update mobile device policies and configurations using Microsoft Intune
Deploy and configure the Imprivata Mobile Access solution within inpatient clinical settings
Troubleshoot moderate to complex issues related to Vocera push-to-talk and secure messaging platforms
Collaborate closely with internal teams including Networking, Telecom, Nurse Call, and the Call Center
Work directly with Networking for Wi-Fi and network optimization for voice quality
Partner directly with Information Security and Privacy teams to ensure compliance and secure operations
Document and maintain standards, procedures, and best practices relevant to mobile device support
Ensure timely and scope-compliant completion of service requests and project deliverables
Manage the procurement, inventory, and warranty tracking of mobile and Vocera communication devices
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Information Systems or a related field and six (6) years of related experience required
Work experience may substitute for education requirement
Preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare environment
Minimum 5 years of experience in information technology
Proven expertise with Microsoft Intune or other mobile device management (MDM) platforms
Demonstrated ability to support and maintain complex software systems
Experience working with integrated software solutions across multiple platforms
Strong capacity to perform effectively under pressure in dynamic environments
Project management experience is highly desirable
Skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time management abilities
Proven success in collaborative team environments
Previous experience with Epic Rover and Imprivata Ground Control preferred
