Responsibilities
Administer and optimize MECM/SCCM environments across the enterprise
Plan and execute endpoint deployments, patching, and configuration baselines
Support endpoint readiness during training surges when classrooms fill beyond capacity
Ensure compliance with DHS security standards and vulnerability management requirements
Coordinate with systems, network, and security teams for integrated endpoint management
Drive automation and efficiency improvements in endpoint lifecycle management
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience supporting Windows-based PCs and servers in medium-to-large enterprise
Microsoft Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification or current equivalent
Proven experience administering, planning, and deploying MECM/SCCM and site systems
Understanding of endpoint security, group policy, and compliance frameworks
Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred
Experience managing Apple systems within MECM
Background in federal or DHS endpoint management
Familiarity with zero-trust endpoint architectures
