Superintendent, Electrical
GEM Technologies, Inc. is an award-winning federal contractor with over 30 years of experience. They are seeking a Superintendent, Electrical to manage electrical construction activities for the Uranium Processing Facility, ensuring compliance with standards and effective communication between teams.

Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of electrical construction activities for UPF, including planning, coordinating work, and supervising subcontractors and field crews
Act as a communication link between office personnel (like project managers) and field personnel
Ensure all work complies with industry standards, building codes, and regulations, including implementing safety standards and procedures
Coordinate with general foremen to acquire necessary equipment and manpower
Adhere to electrical codes and standards
Maintain the project schedule and budget and submit required reports
Provide technical direction to craft supervisors and craft workers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience or a High School Diploma and 9+ years of relevant experience
Must be a United States (U.S.) citizen due to the federal nature of the work
Must be able to obtain and maintain a government issued clearance, if needed
Must have experience working in electrical trades, often progressing through roles like foreman and general foreman
Must have a strong electrical execution background and the ability to read and understand blueprints
Must have a working knowledge of design codes and standards, such as NFPA 70 and NEC
Preferred
Experience with DOE, DOD, and/or commercial nuclear construction projects
