Manager, Programmatic Trading

They are seeking a Manager, Programmatic Trading to provide consultative support to clients on DSP capabilities, campaign management, and programmatic trading strategies to maximize retention and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert on the platform by providing ongoing training and support to drive platform adoption, retention, and build trust among clients
Provide high-level oversight of campaign execution, proactively recommending pacing, performance, and cost optimizations to drive success and ensure client satisfaction
Analyze campaign performance to identify strategic opportunities for improvement, leveraging best practices to enhance efficiency and outcomes
Advise on trading strategies, machine learning model usage, and collaborate with Data Science to provide insights into client-specific modeling inquiries
Promote key platform features and strategic capabilities to enhance client performance and maximize revenue opportunities
Serve as a liaison between clients and the product team, consolidating user feedback to help shape future platform enhancements
Work closely with Client Services to build strong, lasting client relationships and high levels of retention

Required

5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, with hands-on DSP campaign management experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Proven ability to drive campaign success and optimize programmatic strategies
Strong understanding of RTB (real-time bidding) and digital media buying
Experience working with or at advertising agencies or DSPs
Comfortable and communicating with clients, including on complex topics and difficult situations
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences
A solutions-oriented mindset, capable of aligning technical capabilities with business goals
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity
Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for building and improving business processes
