Responsibilities
Perform routine tasks independently or with minimal oversight
Conduct basic diagnostics and troubleshooting of equipment issues (air-cooled and water-cooled chillers)
Foundational knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems
Work on repairs, commissioning, testing, and preventative maintenance tasks
Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
EPA Section 608 Certification
2+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, piping schematics, and wiring diagrams
Familiarity with BMS/BAS systems for monitoring and control
Ability to work nights, weekends, and on-call duty
Travel: 40-80% expected
