Responsibilities
Manage all phases of millwork projects from handoff to installation
Oversee submittals, samples, material takeoffs, and field measurements
Monitor change orders and maintain detailed documentation
Review and approve shop drawings and ensure design/material compliance
Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality installations
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in architectural commercial millwork
Strong knowledge of architectural blueprints and specifications
Proficient in Bluebeam; experience with Plan Swift, Project Pak, and MS Office preferred
Manage all phases of millwork projects from handoff to installation
Oversee submittals, samples, material takeoffs, and field measurements
