Responsibilities

Collect and distribute incoming mail while preparing outgoing mail for posting

Manage certified mail processes, including occasional trips to the post office

Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, ensuring timely restocking and reordering

Set up and clean meeting rooms as needed to support office activities

Scan packing slips and invoices for submission to the Chief of Office Operations

Perform document scanning and filing tasks to ensure organized records

Assist with general back-office support duties, including data entry and file organization

Operate office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and fax machines efficiently

Provide support for ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Required

Previous experience in an office environment, preferably with mailroom or administrative tasks

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry

Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and vendors

Ability to lift and transport mail or supplies as needed

Flexibility to adapt to various office duties and responsibilities
