Build capacity for the provision of human resources through the development of a department that supports recruitment, hiring, onboarding and human resource practices that ensure consistent, efficient and compliant standards
Establish standard operating procedures for the development of a human resource department for Imagine Art
Establish hiring practices that are consistently applied across the organization, and which ensure that new hires are effectively trained in mission, policy and protocols
Research the final steps to establishing a human resources department
Create an accessible manual or database to retain all information, materials and resources developed for future use by the organization
