They are seeking a HubSpot Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to support Growth Advisors in technical discovery, solution design, and scoping for RevOps and integration-focused opportunities.

Responsibilities

Participate in pre-sales discovery to understand client goals, processes, data flows, and system requirements
Translate findings into HubSpot-centered RevOps architectures, including CRM configuration, lifecycle stages, pipelines, automation, reporting, and data governance
Draft scopes of work that outline deliverables, timelines, assumptions, and level of effort
Support Growth Advisors with technical insights, solution framing, and path-to-value storytelling
Assist in defining data models, integration requirements, mapping strategies, and migration plans
Apply and follow triage guidelines for when SA support is appropriate based on deal size and complexity
Contribute to scoping tools, templates, frameworks, and internal documentation
Share insights from pre-sales conversations to inform RevOps packaging and sales enablement
Stay current on HubSpot capabilities, RevOps trends, and emerging technologies
Partner with senior Solutions Architects to take on increasingly complex opportunities over time

Required

2+ years in a HubSpot-focused role within a HubSpot Solutions Partner, RevOps consultancy, or similar client-facing environment
Hands-on experience configuring all major HubSpot Hubs (objects, pipelines, automation, workflows, reporting), supporting CRM migrations, and multi-system data consolidation
Ability to understand and articulate how HubSpot fits into a company's broader RevOps, sales, and systems strategy, including upstream and downstream impacts
Experience working with integrations or sync logic, including basic understanding of APIs, middleware, and data mapping
Experience with CPQ, quoting, or revenue workflow tools
Familiarity with sales enablement programs inside HubSpot (playbooks, sequences, enablement workflows)
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with strong follow-through
