Responsibilities

Manage the organization towards the different objectives, helping defining priorities and scope

Responsible for the strategy, planning and overall delivery of the different areas of responsibility

Engaging with other organizations and executive leadership to define strategy

Interface with the US Government, on an as-needed basis

Understand how to audit operations teams

Engaging in technical discussions with security researchers, analysts and engineers

Required

Bachelor, Master or PhD degree in Computer Science or related field (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity) or related relevant experience

20+ years of relevant security experience in leadership of highly complex themes

12+ years of managerial people leadership skills, including leaders at the senior management and director levels

Understanding of nation state actors, how they operate, their priorities and modus operandi

Demonstrated leadership skills, organizational capability and management techniques

Personality and communication skills that inspire teams and team members

Experience interfacing with the US Government in a cyber security related role, including at the Senate and Congress levels

Ability to lead cross-departmental security initiatives and advocate for secure development, networks, and architecture

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
