Technical Sales Executive

Responsibilities
Identify strategic job opportunities and lead the development of compelling proposals tailored to client needs
Analyze client requirements thoroughly and provide accurate estimates to ensure project viability and profitability
Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within both new and existing accounts
Proven success in closing software or digital solution deals
Proactively seek out and capitalize on new business opportunities, aligning with client needs and acquisition strategies
Oversee project pricing, quote preparation, and proposal creation, maintaining effective communication with clients throughout the process
Utilize LinkedIn and other marketing tools to generate leads, build relationships, and enhance business development efforts
Manage the recruitment and development of team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives
Gather and analyze project business requirements, effectively transferring knowledge to the development team to ensure successful project execution
Take a proactive role in enforcing project deadlines and schedules, managing resources effectively to ensure project success
Conduct client meetings through voice/video calls to foster strong relationships, address project needs, and ensure client satisfaction
Strategically manage cold email campaigns to nurture leads and maintain client engagement
Ensure documentation is completed according to standard operating procedures, maintaining accuracy and consistency
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team and organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University
2-4 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or client engagement within the IT or software industry
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and solution architecture
Hands-on experience with modern tech stacks such as MERN, Laravel & mobile frameworks
Familiarity with DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), and AI-based solutions
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms knowledge of software development methodologies and technical architectures
Strong ability to identify suitable job opportunities, craft compelling proposals aligned with client needs and company objectives, and support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis
Negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
Demonstrated experience in analyzing client requirements, providing accurate estimates, maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle, and conducting client meetings through voice/video calls to ensure client satisfaction
Proven ability to explore and cultivate new business opportunities, understand client requirements and acquisition strategies, utilize LinkedIn and other marketing tools for lead generation and networking
Experience in managing and developing a team, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives, solid knowledge of sales management and B2B sales pipeline management
Strong project management skills, including the ability to gather and analyze project requirements, enforce deadlines, manage resources effectively, and follow instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion
Excellent research, prospecting, and sales planning skills. Analyze marketing trends, stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
Proficiency in documenting information according to standard operating procedures, maintaining accuracy and consistency
Attention to detail in proposal writing, drafting business proposals, and all aspects of business development
Exceptional communication, time management, and multi-tasking skills
