Responsibilities
Manage high volume intercompany transactions, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
Lead month-end and year-end close for complex multi-entity operations
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and operational metrics
Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights to support strategic decisions
Lead automation and process improvement initiatives
Partner cross-functionally and lead meetings with auditors and business stakeholders
Oversee special projects and strategic initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Alteryx, macros, advanced formulas)
Preferred
Higher education is preferred
Retail inventory accounting experience is highly preferred
