Responsibilities

Defines and drives the overall firmware development strategy, setting technical goals, priorities, and milestones
Set and monitor OKRs and KPIs to support evidence-based decision making
Interpret data and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Champion organizational transformation by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions
Act as a change agent to foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement
Establishes alliances with other departments and organizations by recognizing dependencies in order to assess potential partnership and commitment to the program
Manages headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing projects, ensuring that resources are appropriately allocated and that goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets are met in accordance with program and organizational roadmaps
Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the firmware design organization
Coach the team on collaboration patterns, team cognitive load, and organizational adaptability

Required

Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in firmware development, or a related field
