Responsibilities
Prospect daily through high-volume cold calling and targeted outreach
Build and maintain an active pipeline in Salesforce
Negotiate purchase terms and drive transactions from initial contact to closing
Collaborate with title, curative, and legal teams to clear issues and fund deals quickly
Consistently hit individual and team acquisition targets
Qualification
Required
Proven self-starter who performs with minimal supervision
Strong phone presence and comfort making 100+ outbound calls per day
Track record in sales or demonstrated hunger to succeed in a commission-driven role
Ability to negotiate a wide range of deal sizes and structures
Clear written and verbal communication
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Oil & gas experience is helpful but not required—attitude and work ethic are
