The System Capacity Management & Access Project Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing our health system’s mission to deliver seamless, efficient, and coordinated care

This position leads strategic projects that expand and centralize key operational functions including patient placement, transfer center operations, and scheduling coordination to improve access, optimize capacity, and enhance patient flow across all hospitals and care sites

Required

Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in system level integration, project management, or performance improvement within a hospital or multi-hospital health system
