Responsibilities

Partner with functional leads and product owners to identify and plan key development scope
Provide direct project management oversight for SAP development resources
Work with the scrum masters, RTEs, and scrum team to identify necessary resources, schedule, budget, and milestones for application capabilities
Manage earned value management and scrum team schedule/cost performance
Support cross functional and virtual agile product teams through system development and test
Present team status to functional and IT leadership

Direct experience or understanding of LM Digital Transformation and 1LMX
Agile Product Owner Experience or Agile Project Methodology Experience
Demonstrated innovation in identifying, communicating, and applying novel approaches to solving problems, and demonstrated persistence in the face of technical, organizational or programmatic challenges
