Senior Vice President – Multi Asset Trading

Responsibilities

Manage order flow global portfolios across a range of asset types, including Fixed Income, Currencies, exchange-based and OTC Derivatives
Execute transactions using a variety of access methods and execution tactics with a global network of banks and broker-dealers
Undertake Pre- and Post-Trade Cost Analysis to optimise execution behavior using a variety of analytics platforms
Act as a liaison for the Portfolio Managers and Analysts, providing them with feedback and market color
Ensure best execution standards and compliance with regulatory requirements
Contribute to enhancements in trading workflows, including algorithmic execution and post-trade analytics

Required

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
At least 10 years of experience with institutional trading of various asset classes, including Fixed Income, Currencies, Swaps, and Derivatives
Understanding of global regulatory and market structure requirements, Best Execution concepts, Transaction Cost Analytics and Regulatory Reporting
Significant hands-on experience with OMS and EMS platforms, Fixed Income and FX trading venues and trading protocols
Effective communication skills with a team-first attitude; self-starter with ability and desire to pursue initiatives and projects independently
Strong execution expertise, cross-asset knowledge, and the ability to operate in a high-touch environment aligned with EMEA trading hours

Preferred

Strong aptitude in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science and a background in quantitative analysis preferred
