Director, Regional Sales - Education
CENTEGIX is the industry leader in wearable safety technology for various sectors, including education. The Director, Regional Sales will focus on introducing the CENTEGIX Safety Platform to mid-size school districts across South Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi, emphasizing relationship building and strategic sales execution to enhance school safety.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on mid-size schools within S. TX, LA, and MS
Build meaningful relationships with Superintendents, Heads of School, Operations leaders, and Directors of Safety
Educate leaders on school safety trends, challenges, and how the CENTEGIX Safety Platform solves real problems
Prospect and generate pipeline through direct outreach, referrals, associations, conferences, and state-level partnerships
Lead consultative sales conversations focused on needs assessment, safety readiness, funding pathways, and implementation outcomes
Partner with internal teams (Customer Success, Implementation, Product) to ensure a seamless customer experience
Manage CRM accuracy, forecasting, territory health, and strategic account planning
Represent CENTEGIX at state and regional events, safety summits, and association conferences
Build and maintain long-term relationships that extend beyond the initial sale
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience selling into K–12 education, ideally with SaaS, EdTech, or school safety solutions
Experience working with mid-size schools
A consultative mindset with the ability to listen, identify needs, and tailor solutions accordingly
Strong ability to influence district decision makers and communicate with credibility at all levels
Proven track record of building territory pipeline, securing net-new business, and growing accounts
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
High integrity, empathy, and a genuine passion for improving school safety
Comfort working autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional partners
Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
Ability to travel within South Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi
