Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
Effectively communicate the value proposition of radio and digital advertising placements on our network stations and with our shows’ digital audience
Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relations
Qualification
Required
Previous experience as a sales professional in outside sales environment
Ability to create and maintain good relationships with customers
Strong negotiating and sales skills
Reliable transportation
Connection to the communities in which they would sell
