Client Services Associate / Paraplanner
Aspire Wealth Partners is a rapidly growing, independent financial planning firm that values excellence in client service. They are seeking a detail-oriented Client Services Associate or Paraplanner to provide exceptional support in account management, client meetings, and financial planning tasks.

Responsibilities
Accurately prepare, process, and verify all forms necessary to establish new accounts and service existing accounts
Accurately prepare, process, and verify all transactions and account changes including, but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account changes
Prepare client reviews and meeting agendas with precision and accuracy
Daily monitoring of Client Works notifications/alerts and taking appropriate action
Monitor available cash for automatic withdrawals through Client Works
Assisting clients with setting up and navigating Account View within Client Works
Provide support for our Administrative team, answering calls, filling in when necessary, and covering lunches
Evaluate client review reports and meeting agendas for precision and accuracy
Assist with and attend client meetings with advisors, transcribe and enter notes into our CRM system, and set follow-up tasks resulting from the meetings
Accurately task team members with performing and verifying transactions and account changes, including, but not limited to, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, account openings, and account changes
Follow up with clients directly regarding tasks resulting from meetings
Gather information and prepare financial plan reports utilizing various financial planning software systems
Lead client meetings pertaining to paperwork and signing new account forms
Navigate our CRM to add new clients, update existing records, and schedule client meetings as needed
Document accurately all client communication and task status updates in our CRM
Communicate professionally, effectively, and in a timely manner with clients, staff, and outside companies
Maintain confidentiality with regard to client and business information
Assist and attend client events to promote Aspire Wealth Partners (please note that some of these events transpire outside of the normal working hours)
Qualification
Required

Ability to pass a credit and background check
Preferred
Securities Industry Essentials® (SIE®) Exam
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
Experience with MS Office, CRM systems, Financial Planning software
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional presentation, pride in oneself, and your work
Organized, detail-oriented, exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
Ability to make personal connections, engage and educate clients, ask open-ended questions, and have active listening skills
