Rogue Fitness is a company that values customer interaction and service. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide and process information in response to customer orders, inquiries, and concerns, primarily during the 2nd shift from 2PM to 10PM, Monday through Friday.

Process orders, forms, applications and requests

Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face

Respond promptly to customer inquiries

Handle and resolve customer complaints

Manage customers' accounts

Record details of actions taken

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Follow up on customer interactions
