International Academies of Emergency Dispatch is seeking a Salesforce Administrator II to enhance their global implementation of Salesforce. The role involves user support, configuration, reporting, and training, while also acting as an internal expert on Salesforce functionalities and customizations.

Responsibilities

Help drive user adoption and best practices to further the long-term success of the system
Creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and sharing rules
Perform all tasks related to the day-to-day operations of Salesforce; including managing users, creating and maintaining custom objects and fields, handling bulk data migration, maintenance of page layouts, and support of app exchange applications
Maintain and customize FinancialForce, Salesforce CPQ, and Field Service Lightning implementations
Help identify and implement new Salesforce features and functions in response to business needs
Help build, maintain, and enhance user portals in Experience Cloud
Use flows and approval processes to build new and enhance existing process automation
Understand and translate business goals, and business processes into a solution that meets the needs of the various departments partners throughout the company that utilize Salesforce
Respond to issues or questions from users throughout the organization, resolve technical and functional support issues, manage data loads, review data quality and provide training on new features and functionality
Analyze the existing implementation of Salesforce and make recommendations for improvement or best practices
Other duties as assigned

Required

At least 3 years of Salesforce experience

Preferred

Experience with Mulesoft
Experience in FinancialForce and Billing Central
Experience with Sales, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and/or Digital Engagement
