Responsibilities

Provide on-site support for iOS-based electronic pollbooks on Election Day

Address and resolve minor hardware and network issues, such as Bluetooth connectivity problems

Collaborate effectively with poll workers and election staff to ensure operational efficiency

Travel between voting locations as required using a personal vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed)

Maintain a neat and appropriate appearance by adhering to the dress code of black or grey attire

Assist with setting up and testing electronic pollbooks before voting begins

Offer guidance and training to poll workers on the proper use of the pollbooks

Remain on-site throughout Election Day to provide immediate technical support

Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any significant issues promptly

Required

At least 1 year of experience in a technical support or similar role

Proficiency in working with computer hardware, particularly Apple devices and iOS systems

Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues, particularly related to hardware and Bluetooth connectivity

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations on Election Day

Detail-oriented approach and ability to adhere to a specific dress code

Capacity to remain on-site for extended periods and manage tasks independently
