Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Remote
PRG is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their dynamic team. The role involves managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional service to clients and ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
Understand client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
Review and analyze client insurance policies, ensuring coverage is adequate and up-to-date
Assist clients with policy renewals, endorsements, and claims
Conduct thorough risk assessments for clients and recommend appropriate coverage options
Collaborate with underwriters to ensure competitive pricing and coverage
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details in the agency management system
Prepare and present reports and insurance proposals to clients
Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for new business
Mentor and train junior staff as needed
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in commercial insurance
Attend industry conferences and training sessions as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Valid insurance license (Property & Casualty)
3+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance, preferably in account management
Strong understanding of various commercial insurance products (general liability, property, workers' compensation, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite
