They are seeking a Summer 2026 Law Intern to support the Corporate Governance & Securities Group, providing assistance with legal and administrative tasks related to corporate governance and securities reporting.

Responsibilities
Providing assistance with reviewing and updating corporate governance policies and procedures
Preparing filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (including periodic and current reports) and other regulatory filings
Maintaining the company’s entity management system
Conducting legal research and writing
Qualification
Required
You must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing a Law degree (and be returning to school the semester following the internship)
First-year law students only
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word and PowerPoint and using other data‐driven applications
Strong writing, research, communication and interpersonal skills
You are able to commit to 40 hours per week for a minimum of 10 weeks from the end of May/June through the beginning of August
Preferred
A cumulative GPA of 3.0 is preferred
Students with an exhibited interest in healthcare, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical matters are preferred, but not required
Demonstrated leadership in areas such as campus activities, clubs, sports, current or previous work, or the community is also preferred
