Digital Marketing Manager
Velosio is seeking a Digital & Social Marketing Manager to own and evolve their digital presence across web, social, and AI-driven channels. This role involves leading social-first content and campaigns, optimizing the website experience, and collaborating with various teams to drive awareness, engagement, and demand.

Responsibilities
Own and execute Velosio’s digital and social roadmap, with a strong emphasis on paid and organic social, website experience, and AI-optimized visibility
Act as a creative, visual storyteller—shaping how Velosio shows up across social channels with compelling, on-brand content
Oversee and continuously improve the website UI/UX, partnering with internal teams and agencies to optimize engagement and conversion
Lead paid and organic social campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn and Meta, from concept through execution and optimization
Partner with Marketing Ops and the ABM Manager to evaluate, implement, and execute ABM tools and programs for targeted demand initiatives
Guide AI-informed content strategies, including AI optimization for discoverability, testing, and iteration
Build and maintain reporting and insights dashboards across website and social performance, translating data into actionable recommendations
Run A/B tests and experimentation across digital experiences to improve performance and ROI
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Sales, Practice Leads, and Events to align digital initiatives with broader business priorities
Manage, mentor, and develop the Digital Marketing Specialist, and oversee agency partners as needed
Qualification
Required
+ 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with strong ownership of social, web, and digital experience
+ Proven experience as an avid social marketer—you understand platforms, trends, and what drives engagement
+ A strong eye for visual design and storytelling, with the ability to guide creative direction (hands-on design skills a plus, not required)
+ Experience owning or heavily influencing website UI/UX and conversion optimization
+ Strength in paid and organic social strategy and execution
+ Experience leveraging ABM platforms and targeted campaigns in a B2B environment
+ Strong analytical skills with experience building and interpreting digital performance reporting across web and social
+ Familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager, UTMs, and modern reporting tools
+ Interest in and exposure to AI-driven marketing, including AI-assisted content creation, optimization, or discoverability
+ Experience managing direct reports and partnering with agencies
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
Background in B2B, technology, or professional services marketing
Comfort experimenting with emerging platforms, formats, and AI tools
